Steampunk Leather Top Hat

For those of you who have been following the progress of this project in my journal here is my finished Leather Steampunk Top Hat, goggles are in the works now. Just to recap in case you haven't seen the journal this started as an $8.00 hat from Party City, that you can see at the bottom. First I covered it in leather, from an old jacket and then I constructed the leather accent band from a leather belt that I took apart and stitched back together adding charms and vials. I wire wrapped the skeleton key, adding a red skull and gear, for the center piece. If you would like to see the development of this project please see my journal. Thanks for looking.
